Nabeel Sera

Nabeel is a diligent and astute litigator. He litigates cases with ingenuity, tact, and an unwavering commitment to his client’s interests in order to get them the compensation they deserve. Nabeel’s law practice is focused on Plaintiff’s personal injury, and, in particular, on cases involving motor vehicle accidents, occupiers’ liability claims, medical malpractice, and long-term disability benefits denials.

Among other types of injured clients, Nabeel advocates for individuals who have suffered from fractures, spinal cord trauma, loss of limbs, chronic pain, severe burns, wrongful death and catastrophic injuries. Nabeel appears regularly before various courts and tribunals including the Ontario Superior Court of Justice, the License Appeal Tribunal, and the Ontario Court of Queen’s Bench. Nabeel is a graduate of the University of Ottawa’s Faculty of Law where he was a member of the Dean’s Honour List.

Nabeel holds a certificate in negotiation from Harvard Law School and is a member of several different trial and advocacy organizations. When not advocating for his clients or reading up on the law, Nabeel can be found practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, weight-training, traveling, or spending time with his family.
